BIO:
People call me Detroit. I am currently living in San Diego California, but Detroit is my home. After Graduating from the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Downtown Detroit, I traveled around Europe for two months. During my time traveling through Germany I worked for Euro RSCG in Dusseldorf.
While studying at CCS, I was the American Adverting Federation (AAF) President and I helped raised $3,000 for the Organization Stand-Up for Kids (the Detroit sector). At this time I was also employed at Daniel Brian and Associates working as an Art Director. I guess you could say I’m a go-getter.
I am now working at Eventful.com in San Diego California as a Graphic Designer. Living in California and traveling through Europe has made me realize what kind of love and respect I have for Detroit and the people who reside there.

BIO:
I was proudly born and raised in Detroit, MI. I now reside just south of Detroit in the city of Lincoln Park. After attending an array of colleges and changing majors multiple times, I graduated from the College for Creative Studies.
Throughout my college years I held a variety of different jobs. Working as a re-toucher, writer, marketing manager, tour manager, web designer, flash animator, digital art director and now, art director at Team Detroit. A few colleagues and I run a bus and travel service called Ground Travel Specialist and Travel Treasures and Tours.
I accredit my hard working and wildly motivated ethics to my Detroit upbringing. Over the years I have watched my neighborhood become progressively worse, and would love to be apart of the efforts to return Detroit to it's former glory.

BIO:
Though I grew up in a little town forty minutes from the city, I have a deep-rooted interest in the revival of Detroit. My grandfather was a bartender at the original Cliff Bell’s before it was shut down, my father grew up in the city streets and was whipped into shape by the teachers of University of Detroit Jesuit and I have spent the last 6 years living in or near Detroit as a student and alumni of CCS.
I have done just about everything from getting my hands dirty with College Pro-painters and Habitat for Humanity to retail and design. I am currently a writer at McCann Worldgroup. I am a firm believer asking “why not” before I say “no” to a new experience or opportunity.
I have always thought of myself as someone who would grow-up and leave Detroit, but after a lot of travelling, I still haven’t found a place I would rather call home. I am very passionate about this city, its people and the possibilities here. Detroit has won over my never-ending loyalty and I’m here to have its back now and always.
